I am so glad I chose Madame wax, I was nervous about waxing but they were so welcoming and helpful. It was nice to have a place that focused so strongly on male waxing as much as it does on female waxing. I felt I wasn't judged at all; Emily made me feel really comfortable and confident, and reassured me when the pain got to my body a little too much. I've struggled in the past to find a salon which provides great service with a strong focus on male clients. Madame Wax provides that, and having had a number of different treatments with different Gardeners and every time the service was exceptional.

It was never uncomfortable, relatively painless, and so nice to spend time talking with the Gardeners.

I get intimate waxes at madame wax and have been getting the dita wax since the start of the year i think. I moved to Cardiff from Kent to study at Cardiff uni so was very nervous about finding a new place to get my wax done but I am so glad i found Madame Wax. Most recently I have been sticking with Toyah and she does such a brilliant job and is so lovely to talk to as well, i feel super comfortable when I go in. I couldn't recommend them enough. Lovely salon! I was very apprehensive about having my first wax... there was no need to be such a friendly and relaxing environment. Courtney was amazing. I've even gone and booked another! Thanks Courtney! X
