New To Waxing

Well, we can imagine you’re going to be feeling a teeny bit nervous, but not to worry because you will feel at ease the moment you walk through the door, not only is our interior totally lush, we’re also extremely friendly too.

Your treatment time will range between 15 to 45 minutes depending on which treatment you’ve chosen.

Once you’ve made yourself at home in your treatment room, we will ask you to remove your clothes, again, depending on what treatment you’ve chosen.

If you are visiting us for a bikini wax, your therapist will ask you to move into certain positions.

If you are having a Brazilian/Hollywood you’ll receive a FREE cream sample to help with the redness over the next day or two. This cream also helps to soothe the skin which may feel a bit tender, but please don’t worry, this is perfectly normal and will only last a couple of days, plus we’ll give you all the aftercare advice you will need.

(We haven’t earned the reputation as the best Brazilian waxers in Cardiff for nothing!)

We will also give you a quick courtesy call a few days later to ensure everything is fine and you’re 100% happy.

Even though we will wax you to the best of our ability, it will take a few waxes before we can get you as smooth as a baby’s bottom. This is due to the fact that you have probably spent some time shaving or using hair removal creams. But rest assured, with each wax the hair grows back finer and finer and the results will get better and better!

Please arrive for your appointment on time and alone (we are sorry but you cannot bring family/friends) as we try to keep to minimum capacity within the salon.
