Make sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment

Think your hair is ‘too long’? Stop! Don’t touch it! Nothing is too long for us to tackle so leave that to us – we can always trim it if we need to

On your period? No problem, we’re pretty “go with the flow” kind of people, and wax plenty of women during their periods.

We do have wipes and tampons for you to use in our bathroom beforehand. But please note that increased skin sensitivity is likely during your period, but paracetamol will help. For your own comfort, we would recommend you have a wax at the end of your cycle, but it really isn’t an issue if you don’t.

Hair needs to be AT LEAST 1cm long (4-6 weeks of growth) to make sure you receive the best wax results.

Do not use lotions or creams before your wax appointment.

For best long-term results, we recommend waxing regularly, for most people every 4-6 weeks is ideal!

Unfortunately, if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy (first 12 weeks) sadly we cannot wax you due to insurance reasons.

If you are ongoing cancer treatment such as chemo or radio therapy we cannot wax you during, or for 6 months after treatment.

If you are using or have used a course of Roaccutane or Accutane you will have to wait 6 months after finishing your course to begin waxing.

Remember… Scrub, Cream and Keep it Clean!
