We will also give you a quick courtesy call a few days later to ensure everything is fine and you’re 100% happy. Finally, about a week after your wax you will receive a 2-question survey so you can give us any feedback.

time shaving or using hair removal creams. But rest assured, with each wax the hair grows back
finer and finer and the results will get better and better!

Here are some top tips:

  • Make sure to wear loose, comfortable clothing to your appointment.
  • Think the hair is ‘too long’? stop! don’t touch it! Nothing is too long for us to tackle so leave us to trim it.
  • On your period? No problem, we wax plenty of women on their ‘time of the month’. we have
wipes and tampons for you to use in our bathroom beforehand. But remember that increase skin
sensitivity is normal during your period, but paracetamol will help.
  • Hair needs to be AT LEAST 1cm long (4-6 weeks of growth) to make sure you receive the best
    wax results.
  • Do not use lotions or creams before your wax appointment.

For best long-term results, we recommend waxing regularly every 4-6 weeks
Unfortunately, if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy (first 12 weeks) sadly we cannot
wax you due to insurance reasons 🙄. Also, if you are using or have used a course of Roaccutane or Accutane you will have to wait 6 months from finishing the course before you start waxing.
